Difference between the MayakLab lever and the stock one
Video
Description
Our clutch lever is slightly shorter than the original and has a different curve position than the stock one. The MayakLab lever has a curve a little further from the center of the handlebar.
The rigid lever is composed of polyurethane with a specific elasticity to provide flexibility to the lever while maintaining the required rigidity to operate the hydraulic clutch system. The moment arms on the master cylinder piston is the same as the original lever. This means that our levers are not easy pull levers.
The set includes an adjustment screw and the lever. Use the springs from the original levers.
IMPORTANT: After the installation, the position of the lever on the handlebar must be adjusted to the correct position. It is important to move the lever to the right/left so that your extended index finger rests on the area designed for the finger on the lever, this area is located just behind the wide part of the lever. You should not pull on the very end of the lever - that area is not designed for lever manipulation. Please pay special attention to the lever installation, so that when fully pulled, its adjusting screw does not touch the handlebar switchgear.
The levers are guaranteed not to break at operating temperature above +10 degrees Celsius. At lower temperature, the levers may break when hit hard. Fits enduro bikes with Braktec clutch master cylinder.
